Who can become a Member?

Regional water and wastewater organizations of all sizes and ownership types are invited to become ARWO members.

Eligible organizations are drinking water and/or wastewater systems that do at least ONE of the following:

  • Serve a population base across political jurisdictions.
  • Sell water to, or purchase water from, a consecutive system.

Affiliate membership is available to organizations, companies, and individuals. This is a great opportunity to connect with regional utility managers.

Calculate Your Member Cost

This consists of the number of individuals (not accounts) you serve, including those of utilities to which you sell water and provide contract operation services. The service population is calculated by multiplying any direct accounts by 2.5 (persons/account) and adding the population for any secondary or contracted systems to the direct accounts.
