ARWO Members Meet With Federal and Elected Officials

Monday, April 9, 2018

The Association of Regional Water Organizations made visits in late March to Federal agencies and Congressional offices to discuss Federal policies affecting water utilities. The meetings were used to explain the effectiveness of regional water systems and how they can assist in enhancing the sustainability of rural and small community systems.  ARWO is supportive of efforts to make Federal funding programs more helpful in resolving regulatory noncompliance and in creating sustainable, resilient and affordable water services in rural America.
